Fuddan Fusion Grill
Sample the freshest seafood scooped straight from the ocean or feast on imported steaks at this lively fusion grill. Prime aged imported cuts from Japan and Australia. Maldivian prawns, Wahoo and lobster. Facing the inner turquoise reef of Dhigu, the grill offers plentiful ways to enjoy top cuisine. Flame grilled, tandoori, wok sautéed, fired in a wood oven. Terrazzo
Italy comes to the tropics in this intimate Italian bistro. Perched high overlooking the Indian Ocean on Dhigu Island, Terrazzo specialises in Italian cuisine, fashioned by chefs who are experts with traditional ingredients and techniques. Savour wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas or our signature seafood spread, accompanied by wines from the northern and southern regions of Italy. Tuscan, Roman and Milanese selections, all enjoyed with sweeping views across the reef.

Aqua

The light and airy Maldivian-style thatched-roof pavilion faces the lagoon of Veli Island.
